NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

    Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Warsaw, Indiana, will hold a hearing on a proposed addition to the City Code of Warsaw, Indiana. The hearing will be held on the 3rd day of October 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 102 S Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana. Interested parties may voice an opinion upon hearing date and/or file written comments concerning the addition.

    The proposed addition was initiated by the City of Warsaw Planning Department. The addition would affect the following parts of the City of Warsaw City Ordinance:

    Chapter 74 – Traffic and Vehicles - Article V - Parking, Stopping, and Standing

    This addition would apply to all districts within the City of Warsaw.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the City of Warsaw, should contact the office of Justin Taylor, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, IN 46580 Phone (574) 372-9550, as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.

    The proposed addition may be examined in the office of the City Planner located at 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana.
