This notice is published pursuant to Indiana Code 35-47-3-2. The Kosciusko County Sheriff's Office will be conducting a public auction beginning September 13, 2022.
The auction will include firearms and vehicles. Disposition of any firearm goes to the highest bidder who is lawfully eligible to receive and possess firearms pursuant to law.
Notice of this auction, together with a list of all abandoned property (including firearms), will be posted at the Kosciusko County Courthouse and in the Sheriff's Office lobby.
