Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Town Board shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by John Thomas (“JT”) Jacobson and Katherine R. Jacobson requesting the vacation of a portion of 13th Street which is an unimproved roadway located between Sunday Lane and Grace Avenue. Said real estate is described by the parcels it abuts as follows:
A. Parcel # 43-11-15-300-580.000-033. (The Northeast section of the unimproved 13th Street.)
B. Parcel # 43-11-15-300-575.000-033. (The North section of the unimproved 13th Street.)
C. Parcel # 43-11-15-300-538.000-033. (The Northwest section of the unimproved 13th Street.)
D. Parcel # 43-11-15-300-604.000-033. (The Southwest section of unimproved 13th Street.)
E. Parcel # 43-11-15-300-597.000-033. (The Southeast section of unimproved 13th Street.)
F. The far East side of unimproved 13th Street t-intersections with Sunday Lane and the far West side of unimproved 13th Street intersects on an angle with Grace Avenue.
The hearing will be held at the Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on the 20th day of September, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, Indiana 46590, no later than noon on the day of the hearing.
