You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in the Kosciusko County Circuit Court under Cause No. 43C01-2203-MI-000031 whereby Petitioners Monty Bolinger and Jennifer Bolinger have requested that Brooklyn Niles' name be changed to Brooklyn Bolinger. Said Petition was filed on the 21st day of March, 2022. Any person objecting to said name change should appear at the hearing and file written objections thereto.
