NIPSCO Notice of Intent

    The Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO), located at 801 E. 96th Avenue, Merrillville, IN 46410, is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit INRA00000 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the installation of a new natural gas regulating station 621 Replacement (Station 56042 - Nappanee) located on the west side of SR 19 and 600 feet north of CR 1100 N in unincorporated Kosciusko County. Runoff from the project site will follow existing drainage patterns along a roadside ditch and into Enoch Watkins field tile that ultimately discharges to Dausman Ditch.
