Fifth and sixth place finishers in the girls race beat Rastrelli by a combined six tenths of a second. Rastrelli finished as the second highest finisher of all non-seniors competing in the championship race, being only edged out by Delta’s Nicki Southerland, who placed second.

Junior Tyler Swartz and senior Garrett Hall were the top two finishers on the boys side for Warsaw. Swartz secured a top 100 spot in the state by finishing 99th with a time of 16:48.1. Hall was not far behind with a time of 16:54, coming in 111th place.
