Notice to Bidders

    Sealed bids will be received by the City of Warsaw, Indiana, Board of Public Works and Safety, until 10:30 a.m. (local time) on November 4th, 2022.

    Bids are to be delivered to the City of Warsaw Clerk Treasurer’s Office, located at 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.

    All bids received by the submittal deadline will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Warsaw City Hall Council Chambers, located at the same address. Any quote received after the submittal deadline will be returned unopened.

    The description of the project is:  Public Works 2023 Fuel Purchasing.  It includes supply of up to 60,000 gallons of On-Road Diesel Fuel, supply and deliver up to 20,000 gallons of Off-Road Diesel Fuel, and supply and deliver up to 10,00 gallons of Ethanol-Free Gasoline.

    All bids shall be completely executed on the proposal form provided by the City.  The bid envelope must be sealed and have the words:

“BID ENCLOSED – 2023 FUEL PURCHASING”

    The bid form and specifications may be ordered by contacting City Engineer, Aaron Ott, through the email address [email protected] or by calling the Office of Building and Planning at (574) 372-9550.

    The City of Warsaw may accept multiple quotes and purchase from multiple offerors, if needed, due to availability of product, time restraints, as well as locality.  The City of Warsaw, Indiana, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts there-of and to waive all responsibility for irregularities in bids.
