    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Larry Allen Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an: Commercial District to an Residential District,

    The Following Real Estate, located on Key #: 008-021-002     

    008-021-0021 TRACT E 1/2 NE 6-34-7 9.10A Turkey Creek And Described As Follows on the 2nd page, To Wit:

    The following real  estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 1 in Syracuse Medical Park according to the recorded  plat thereof, thence north on and along the west line of Lot 1, 132.3 feet; thence southwesterly 282.9 feet more or less to a  point on the south  line of Lot 1extended westerly, 236.1 feet westerly of the southwest corner of Lot 1; thence easterly on the extension  of the south  line of Lot 1,236.1 feet to the place of beginning.

    This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Residential Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.

    This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioner's Meeting Room, County Court House 100 W Center St., Warsaw On 11/02/2022 At 1:00 P.M.

    All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.   Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
