Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of October, 2022, a Petition for Probate and Issuance of Letters of Administration and for Supervised Administration was filed in the matter of the Estate of David L. Collier, deceased, who died on August 31, 2021, and that on October 4, 2022, Anthony L. Collier was appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of David L. Collier, deceased, and is authorized to administer the said estate with Court supervision.
All persons having claims against said estate, whether or not now due, must file the same in said Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.
