    Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Parkview Health System Inc requesting approval of a Use Variance to request a Allow Medical Use in an I-2 Zoned Parcel on property located at 004-013-00I.BBB, CR 200 N Warsaw IN and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

    This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, 10/24/2022, at 7:00:00 PM.  All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard.  Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing.  Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of City of Warsaw, should contact the office of Justin Taylor, 102 S.
