    YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Petitioners, Andrew Etner and Catherine Etner, have filed a Petition for Temporary and Permanent Appointment of Guardians in the Kosciusko Superior Court I, and that the Court has set said Petition for hearing before the Court in the Kosciusko County Justice Building, 121 North Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana at 9:30 o’clock a.m. on the 2nd day of December, 2022.

    You must respond within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published.  If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be entered for the relief in the Petition.
