Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw, Indiana Redevelopment Commission (the “Commission”) is considering amending the Commission’s declaratory resolution of November 4, 2019 (as subsequently confirmed, the “South Residential Declaratory Resolution”) which established a residential housing development program pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-14-53 (the “South Residential Housing Development Program”). The Commission proposes to expand the South Residential Housing Development Program to include certain additional territory within the City of Warsaw, Indiana.
Notice is further given that representatives of the Commission will conduct a meeting on Monday, November 7, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. (local time), at the Council Chambers, Warsaw City Hall, 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana, at which time those in attendance will be afforded an opportunity to learn more about the proposed amendment to the residential housing development program and express their views regarding the proposed amendment.
