By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit/Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-1803-MF-000044 wherein NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing was Plaintiff, and Michael J Wright, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of November , 2022, at the hour of 10 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
