By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2205-MF-000031 wherein Ruoff Mortgage Company, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Johnathan D. Engle, was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of January, 2023, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
A Tract of land in the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 23, Township 32 North, Range 6 East, in Wayne Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more accurately described as follows: Beginning 561.6 feet North of the center of said section; thence West 150 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 100 feet to an iron pipe; thence East 150 feet to the North and South open line of Section 23; thence South 100 feet to the place of beginning.
More commonly known as: 1371 S 250 E, Winona Lake, IN 46590

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
