    Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Christa Harman & Bob Lyions requesting approval of a Variance from Development Standards to request a Allow Fewer Parking Spaces Than Permitted on property located at 004-018-059, Plaza Dr., Warsaw, IN 46580 and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

    This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of City of Warsaw, should contact the office of Justin Taylor, 102 S.
