Bryan and Peggy Ciula of Warsaw will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Friday.

They were married June 3, 1972, at Saint Adalberts in South Bend.

The Ciulas are blessed with three amazing children: Carrie (Andy) Walker, of Zionsville; Jeff (Katie) Ciula, of Oconomwoc, Wis.; and Jon (Meghan) Ciula, of Warsaw. They also have seven beautiful grandchildren: Emory and Evan Walker, of Zionsville; Elizabeth, Annabelle and Madeline Ciula, of Oconomowoc, Wis.; and Ellis and Bennett Ciula, of Warsaw.

Dr. Ciula, a psychologist, has been employed with the Bowen Center in Warsaw since 1978. Mrs. Ciula is a retired biology teacher from?Warsaw Community High School.

They will be celebrating their anniversary with their family at a later date in June in Gatlinburg, Tenn.

Warsaw Girls Fall For The First Time At Homestead
Two of the top five girls basketball teams in the state met in Fort Wayne Tuesday night, with Warsaw traveling to take on Homestead. The home side led for the entirety of the game, coming up with big moment after big moment each time it looked like the Lady Tigers had an answer. The end result: Warsaw suffering its first loss of the season, 67-55.
