CITY OF NAPPANEE PLAN COMMISSION

    The City of Nappanee Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee City Municipal Center, 300 W. Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana.

    The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear Petition #06-22-PLN filed by Todd & Missy Cleveland.  A petition for rezoning to the classification of a PD-R or Residential Planned Development has been submitted.  The property is 5 acres and recently annexed into the City of Nappanee with the current address of 71732 and 71750 County Road 7, Nappanee, Indiana.

    LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY:

Written objections that are filed with the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered.

    All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
