By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2110-MF-000037, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Jesse L. Roberts was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on July 26, 2022, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, on www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Part of Outlot #3 William Felkners Addition to Milford, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point 148.5 feet (9 rods) East of the Northwest corner of Outlet #3 in William Felkner's Addition to the Village of Milford, now the incorporated Town of Milford Junction; thence East 115.5 feet (7 rods); thence South 132.0 feet (8 rods); thence West 115.5 feet (7 rods); thence North 132.0 feet (8 rods) to the point of Beginning
