vs. BARBARA WENNERSTROM; and the former
and successors in interest to, and the
unknown creditors, lessees, successors and
assigns, respectively, and the descendants,
heirs, and successors in title of the individual
Defendant, if any, and all persons and
Corporations and parties of any kind who
assert any title, claim, or interest in or upon,
the real estate described herein, Defendants. KOSCIUSKO SUPERIOR COURT 4
CAUSE NO. 43D04-2204-PL-000029
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 27th day of April, 2022, the Plaintiff filed in the office of the Clerk of Kosciusko Courts, Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, a Complaint to Quiet Title to the following real property located in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
Commencing at a point Twenty-two (22) feet North of the Southwest corner of Lot Number Twenty (20) in Buckman and Burgh Addition to the Town of Etna Green, and running thence East to the East line of said Lot Number Twenty (20); thence North Eighteen (18) feet; thence West to the West line of said Lot Number Twenty (20); thence South Eighteen (18) feet to the Place of Beginning.
and that said Plaintiff filed with the Clerk of the above named Court an affidavit showing that the following Defendant, Barbara Wennerstrom, and all persons who may claim under said Defendant, are not residents of the State of Indiana or that the residences of said Defendants and all persons who may claim under such Defendants, after diligent search and inquiry, is unknown to Plaintiff.
Said cause of action is instituted and prosecuted by the Plaintiff herein for the purpose of quieting title to the above described real estate as against said named Defendant, persons who may claim under said Defendant, all claims and claimants, whatsoever and whosoever and against all the world.
UNLESS said Defendant named in said cause and all persons claiming under them appear and answer the Plaintiff’s Complaint to Quiet Title on or before the 24th day of June, 2022, said Complaint to Quiet Title and all matters and things therein contained will be heard and Dated this 27th day of April, 2022.
