    TO: THE HEIRS OF RAY A. BRIGHT AND ALL PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SUBJECT REAL ESTATE

    YOU  ARE  HEREBY  NOTIFIED  that you  have  been  sued  in  the  Court  above named, Patrick Lee Robinson, as Plaintiff.   The nature of the suit is to Quiet Title to the real estate commonly known as 2091 W. 250 S., Warsaw, Indiana 46580, which is legally described as follows, to-wit:

    Lot  Numbered  Twenty-Eight   (28)  in Block  Number  Fifteen  (15) of  Unit Number Four (4), as shown on the survey and original plat of Oak Grove Beach, Lake Palestine,  as shown in Plat Book 4, page 121C, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    The Plaintiff  is demanding  that  all right,  title  and interest  of the within  named Defendants to the subject real estate be terminated.

    This Summons By Publication is specifically directed to The Heirs of Ray A. Bright, John Doe, Mary Doe, and All Persons Claiming an Interest in the subject real estate.

    In addition to the above named Defendants being served by this Summons, there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit who are identified herein as John Doe and Mary Doe.

If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.

    You must answer the Complaint in writing by you or your attorney within thirty (30) days after the last date of publication of this notice, and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what Plaintiff has demanded.
