    Notice Is Hereby  Given, That The Kosciusko County  Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition  Filed  by SOUTH SHORE  VENTURES LLC Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County  Zoning  Ordinance, To Reclassify From an: Residential District to an Agricultural District, The Following Real Estate, located  on 10697 N SR 13

And Described As Follows on the 2nd page, To Wit:

    This  original  description   is part of the property  conveyed  to South  Shore  Ventures LLC in

Document  No.  2021100448  being a tract of land in the West half of Section 22, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana and is from a survey by Christopher W. McCrea dated March 3, 2022. Job Number JK-22102  with John Kimpel & Associates and  is more particularly described as follows:
