    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2106-MF-000023, wherein Towd Point Master Funding Trust 2021-PM1 was Plaintiff, and Gerald Greene and Shirley J. Catanzarite were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 24th day of May, 2022, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana:

    A TRACT OF LAND IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION EIGHT (8), TOWNSHIP THIRTY-THREE (33) NORTH, RANGE SIX (6) EAST, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT: BEGINNING AT A POINT WHICH IS REACHED BY STARTING AT THE POINT WHERE THE MIDDLE OF PRAIRIE STREET IN THE INCORPORATED TOWN OF LEESBURG, INDIANA, INTERSECTS THE NORTH AND SOUTH OPEN LINE OF SAID SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 33 NORTH, RANGE 6 EAST, SAID LINE BEING THE MIDDLE OF STATE ROAD NO. 15; THENCE SOUTH ON SAID OPEN LINE OF SAID SECTION 313 FEET TO SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, WHICH POINT OF BEGINNING IS IN THE MIDDLE OF SAID STATE ROAD 15; THENCE WEST 205 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 75 FEET; THENCE EAST 205 FEET TO SAID OPEN LINE IN THE MIDDLE OF SAID STATE ROAD NO. 15; THENCE NORTH TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.

    Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
