Yucef Sawal, of Smoking Vaping & Hookah, said they have stores in other locations with similar names, but this is their first store in Warsaw. The store opened Monday. The store sells things such as disposable vapes, cigarettes, cigars and handpipes. Store hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
