In compliance with the Construction Stormwater General Permit notice is hereby given that construction for the roadway rehabilitation of Woodview Dr in the City of Nappanee, Union Township, Elkhart County, Indiana, is scheduled to commence in February 2023 and construction should be completed by May 2024. This project is located in Section 30, Township 35 North, Range 5 East.
The City of Nappanee (300 West Lincoln Street) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of the intent to comply with the requirement of 327-IAC-15-5 to discharge storm water for construction activities for the above-mentioned project. Storm water from this project will discharge through the existing City of Nappanee storm sewer system and the Berlin Court Ditch (Walter’s Ditch).
