Each bid proposal shall include all labor, material and services necessary to complete the projects in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications as prepared and on file in the office of:

Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the submission of proposals in the Whitko Community Schools Central Office, 710 N. SR 5, Larwill, IN 46764. Bids received after that time or in another location shall be returned to the bidder unopened.
Bid Package
•BP – 31A – Unified Bid for All Scopes of Work
One set of plans, specifications and related legal documents will be sent digitally to bidders.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on March 22, 2022, at 2:00 pm local time, at Whitko High School, 1 Big
Blue Avenue South, South Whitley, IN.
A bid may not be modified, withdrawn or cancelled by the bidder for Thirty (30) days following the time and date designated for the receipt of bids without the consent of the Whitko Community School Corporation and Michael Kinder & Sons.
Whitko Community School Corporation and Michael Kinder and Sons reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any or all informalities, irregularities and/or inconsistencies in, or with respect to, any or all bids.
The Bidder must supply all the information required by the bid or bid proposal form. A 5% bid bond and 100% Payment & Performance Bonds will be required by bidders.
