Kuhn, Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority, Absolute Resolutions X, LLC, Snow & Sauerteig LLP, Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC and State of Indiana were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of August, 2022, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
