    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-2201-MF-000005, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and North Winds Homeowners' Association, Inc. and Sara J. Nellis were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of August, 2022, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Lot Numbered Thirty-two (32) in the plat of The North Winds, Section 2, as recorded in Plat Book 11, page 8, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    More commonly known as 1017 E Lantern Rd, Warsaw, IN 46582-7642

Parcel No. 43-07-22-300-314.000-016

    Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
