    The City of Nappanee Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee City Municipal Center, 300 W. Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana.

    The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear Petition #07-22-PLN filed Thomas Mast of My Fathers Land.  A petition for rezoning to the classification of PD-B or Business Planned Development, with a mixed business use of mini storage buildings and motor home park, has been submitted.  The property is 17 acres and currently zoned R-1 Low Density Residential.
