IN THE KOSCIUSKO COUNTY COURT
On June 27, 2022, Elizabeth German and Ernest Wiggins filed in this Court a petition to determine heirship regarding the estate of Deborah A. Wiggins. After reviewing the petition, the Court finds that the request to set a time for a hearing should be granted.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that a hearing before this Court on the petition to determine heirship is set for August 12, 2022 ta 9:30 am or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard by the Court.
