    Notice Is Hereby Given, That the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold a Public Hearing on a Petition Filed By INDIANA  NORTH DISTRICT OF WESLEYAN Requesting Subdivision and Plat Approval for the Following  Real Estate, Key Number 018-025-244

    And Described As Follows  on the 2nd page, To Wit:

    Survey Description -Plat Boundary:

    This description, prepared  by Aaron J. Carl, Professional Surveyor License Number LS20800123 and employed byT-E Incorporated, was created as part of a Retracement Survey for Job No. 22058 on May 17, 2022. All Documents referenced herein are recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 30 North, Range 6 East, Lake Township, Town of Silver Lake, Kosciusko  County, Indiana, also being a tract of land conveyed to Indiana North District of the Wesleyan Church, Inc. by Document 87319430, and more particularly described as follows:

    Commencing at the East Quarter corner of said Section 6, also being the P.I. Station 300+24.9 as shown in the State of Indiana Highway  Plans for State Road 15 (F.A. Project No. 242 Sec. A), being marked by a mag spike with an identification  disk stamped "T-E INC FIRM ID #0070"; thence North 01 degrees  57 minutes 12 seconds West (being the basis of all bearings this description), on and along the East line of said Northeast Quarter, a distance of 971.56 feet to an extension of the North Right-of-way line of Dixie Drive; thence South 89 degrees 14 minutes 33 seconds West, on and along said extension of the North Right-of-way line of Dixie Drive, a distance  of 29.78 feet to the Point of Beginning and the West Right-of-way line of State Road 15, being marked by 5/8-inch diameter rebar with an identification cap stamped "T-E INC FIRM ID #0070" (from herein referred  to as "T-E Cap"); thence continuing  South 89 degrees 14 minutes 33 seconds West, on and along the North Right-of-way line of Dixie Drive, a distance of 516.08 feet to the Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Tori S. Fehr by Documents 2020040145  and 2020040146, being marked by a "T-E Cap"; thence North 02 degrees 08 minutes 34 seconds West, on and along the East line of said Fehr tract, a distance of 419.15 feet to a "T-E Cap"; thence North 89 degrees  00 minutes 54 seconds East, on and along the South line of said Fehr tract, a distance of 517.53 feet to said West Right-of-way line of State Road 15, being marked by a "T-E Cap"; thence South 01 degrees 56 minutes 22 seconds East, on and along said West Right-of-way line of State Road 15, a distance of 421.17 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 4.984 acres, more or less, being subject to and/or together with all easements  and rights-of-way of record.

    This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioner's  Meeting  Room, County Court House 100 W Center St., Warsaw  On Wednesday 07/06/2022 At 1:00 P.M. All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard. Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
