ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT
Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Warsaw, Indiana, will hold a hearing on a proposed amendment to the text of Appendix B - Zoning, of the City Code of Warsaw, Indiana. The hearing will be held on the 5th day of July, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana. Interested parties may voice an opinion upon hearing date and/or file written comments concerning the amendment.
The proposed amendment was initiated by the City of Warsaw Plan Commission. The amendment would affect the following parts of the City of Warsaw Zoning Ordinance:

16.0 - Table of Permitted Uses, table 1A
This amendment would apply to all zoning districts within the City of Warsaw.
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the City of Warsaw, should contact the office of Justin Taylor, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, IN 46580 Phone (574) 372-9550, as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
The proposed amendment may be examined in the office of the City Planner located at 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana.
