FOR ADVERSE POSSESSION AND TO QUIET TITLE

CAUSE NUMBER  43C01-2206-PL-000049

ESTATE OF HAROLD R. DeVRIES, Plaintiff

VS

BENJAMIN FRANK RINGLE, ELEANOR M. RINGLE,

    ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF BENJAMIN FRANK RINGLE AND    ELEANOR M. RINGLE, CHAPMAN & SHAFFNER INVESTMENTS, LLC,

ANY OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN, and ALL THE WORLD, Defendants

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the within named Defendants and any persons claiming an interest in the real estate described herein that the Plaintiff  has filed a Complaint for Adverse Possession and to Quiet Title, against all Defendants and claimants whomsoever and against the world, as to the following described real estate which is situate in Winona Lake, Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, to-wit:

    A strip of ground lying between Chestnut Avenue and Lots Number 73 and 74 and extending the entire width of Lots 73 and 74, all in the Original Plat of Spring Fountain Park, now the incorporated Town of Winona Lake, beginning at the Northern corner of said Lot 72; thence Northeast 14 feet; thence Northwest 82-1/2 feet; thence Southwest 14 feet to the Northern corner of said Lot 74; thence Southeast along the Northeast end of said Lots 74 and 73, and the Southern extension of said Northeast boundary of said Lots 74 and 73, 82-1/2 feet to the place of beginning.

    NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN to each and all of said Defendants or to any other person that if you claim any interest in the real estate described herein, you or your representative must file with the Court a response to Plaintiff’s Complaint in writing within thirty (30) days after the last publication of this Notice.  If you fail to so respond, the Court may grant the relief sought by Plaintiff and a judgment may be entered against you upon your default for the relief the Plaintiff has demanded.
