Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Philip Etner requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit single family rental on his property which is located at Parcel 006-067-078 K more particularly described as follows:
3.67A lot w/pond, located along and opposite 807, 811 & 815 Arbor Ln and 1308 Sunset Dr.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 27th day of June, 2022 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
