(5101 Menard Drive, Eau Claire, WI 54703) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 and CSGP (3.7 (a)(2) to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Harvest Ridge Subdivision in Warsaw, Indiana. Most of the run-off from the project site will discharge to the regional pond south of the Menards store and a small portion will discharge to the wetland east of the proposed subdivision. Questions or comments regarding this project should be directed to the Menard, Inc.
