Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) (1039 Pennsylvania Ave., South Bend, IN, 46601) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit (INRA00000) to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with their Circuit 6982 Rebuild Project located in Kosciusko County, Indiana. Runoff from the project site will ultimately discharge to Grassy Creek, Kuhn Ditch, Ruple Ditch, and/or the Tippecanoe River via unnamed tributaries and roadside ditches or swales.
