The Department of Public Works & Safety of the City of Warsaw, 794 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the North Lindberg Drive Reconstruction project. The road project runs along Lindberg Drive from south intersection of North Lincoln Street to the Lindberg Drive Dead End in Warsaw, Indiana, and will include pavement removal and replacement, sidewalk, curb & gutter, storm sewer improvements, and landscaping. Runoff from the project site will discharge into the existing storm sewer system for the area and then eventually into Pike Lake-Deeds Creek. Questions or comments regarding this project should be directed to the City of Warsaw Department of Public Works & Safety.
