II, LLC, (9601 Coldwater Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46825) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the development of Greenbrier, which is located in part of Section 28, T 33 N, R 6 E, Plain Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana.
