TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

    The Kosciusko County Drainage Board held a public hearing on July 28, 2022 at 9:00 AM on the following joint drain to increase the maintenance.  Wabash County Drainage Board waived their rights to be represented on the board at the hearing.

    The Drainage Board approved the assessment of $4.00 per acre with a $40.00 minimum and a 4 year collection balance.

    The findings and order of the Board are available for inspection in the office of the Kosciusko County Surveyor.
