PUBLIC NOTICE FOR PUBLIC HEARING

For the Town of North Webster

    The Town of North Webster will hold a public hearing on August 16, 2022 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the North Webster Community Center to provide interested citizens an opportunity to express their views and concerns relative to ADA issues on public rights-of-way or Town owned property and the Title VI Plan. The Community Center is located at 301 North Main Street, North Webster, Indiana. The Town of North Webster is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with physical, sight and hearing impairments and disabilities and will welcome comments from the public at this hearing. Representatives for the Engineering firm, Triad Associates, Inc., will be present. Every effort will be made to allow persons to voice their opinions at the public hearing. Persons with disabilities or non-English speaking persons who wish to attend the public hearing and need assistance should contact the Clerk-Treasurer at 144 South Main Street, North Webster, Indiana 46555, or call (574) 834-7894 no later than August 9, 2022. Every effort will be made to make reasonable accommodations for these persons.
