OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE

    YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs have filed an action in the Kosciusko Superior Court No. 4 asking the Court to quiet title to certain real estate described as follows:

    THE  NORTH ONE-THIRD (N  113) OF  THE  EAST 83  FEET  OF  LOT NUMBER SEVEN (7) IN BLOCK NUMBER SEVEN (7) IN THE ORIGINAL PLAT OF THE  VILLAGE OF MILFORD, NOW THE  INCORPORATED TOWN OF MILFORD JUNCTION, IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA.

    If you claim an interest in the real estate described herein, you or your attorney must file a response to  Plaintiffs' complaint not later than thirty (30) days following the last date of publication of this Notice. If you fail to respond to Plaintiffs' complaint, the Court may grant Plaintiff the relief requested.
