    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Robert Vaile Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an: Agricultural District to an Agricultural  2 District,

    The Following Real Estate, located on

    8641 W200N       Key #: 011-074-001.BD     

    011-074-00I.BD IN 112 W 112 NE NW 1-32-4 6.00A    Etna     

    And Described As Follows  on the 2nd page, To Wit:

    Part of the East half of the Northwest Fractional Quarter of Section 1, Township 32 North, Range 4 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

    Commencing at a railroad spike found at the Northeast comer of said Northwest Fractional quarter; thence  North 89 degrees 59 minutes 35 seconds west (basis of bearings for this description is an assured bearing of South 00 degrees 00 minutes west for the West line of the East half of said Northwest Fractional Quarter), on and along the North line of the East half of said Northwest Fractional Quarter, a distance of 664.01 feet to a Mag nail at the true Point of Beginning; thence continuing North 89 degrees 59 minutes 35 seconds feet to a Mag nail found at the Northwest corner of the East half of said Northwest Fractional Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes West,  and along the West line of said East half, being within the right-of-way of County Road 875 West, a distance of 393.26 feet to a Mag nail; thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 35 seconds East, parallel to said North line, a distance of 664.59 feet to an iron pin; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes East, parallel to said West line, a distance of 393.26 feet to the true Point of Beginning.

    This Change Is Requested  To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Agricultural 2 Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.

    This Hearing Will Be Held in the: Commissioner's  Meeting Room, County Court House 100 W Center St., Warsaw On 08/03/2022 At 1:00 P.M.

    All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.     Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
