Superior Developing LLC, 3114 E US 30, Warsaw IN 46580, is submitting a NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Indiana Construction Stormwater General Permit INRA00000 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Alta Vista, Section I and Section II located along the south side of Old 30 approximately 300 feet west of County Road 300 E in Warsaw, Indiana. Construction is scheduled to commence in September 2022. Run-off from the project site will discharge into stormwater sewers then into detention basins onsite then into the McCleary Gochenour Regulated Drain.
