Echo Bay Condominium Owners Association is applying for a permit to stabilize approximately 495 ft of Webster Lake shoreline with a bio-engineered seawall which will consist of 6"-12" glacial stone over a geotextile fabric to protect the shoreline from further erosion caused by wave action. Native plant plugs and shrubs will be planted at the top of the proposed stone seawall. The glacial stone will be keyed into the bank of the lake and will conform to the existing bank within the project limits. The bank will have a maximum height of 1.0 ft, a maximum lakeward project of 3.0 ft beyond the existing bank, and have a 2:1 slope.
