    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2203-MF-000012, wherein The Huntington National Bank was Plaintiff, and Katherine W. Zemen and Lake City Bank were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder on the 23rd day of August, 2022, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., with a closing time of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Beginning 44.7 feet West of the Northeast corner of Lot 28 in Graves Addition to the City of Warsaw, as shown in Plat Book 1 page 16, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence South 57.5 feet along the centerline of a 2-foot sidewalk; thence East 6 feet; thence South 58 feet to the South line of said lot; thence West 43.8 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 28; thence North 115.5 feet to the Northwest corner of said lot; thence East 37.8 feet to the Place of Beginning.

    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
