ESTATE OF CAROL L. LEEDY,

and all their successors, assigns and all other persons

claiming any right, title or interest in the within described

real estate, by, through or under them or any other person or entity,

the names of all whom are unknown to the Plaintiff, Defendants

    To the Defendants above-named and any other person who may be concerned: You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is to quiet title on the following described real estate located in Kosciusko County, Indiana:

    Legal Description:

    Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32 North, Range 7 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to wit:

    Commencing at a railroad spike found at the Southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes West (adjoiners deed bearing), on and along the South line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of 1317.95 feet (recorded 80 rods which equals 1320 feet) to a P.K. nail found at the Southwest corner of a certain 10 acre tract of land as recorded in Deed Record 265, page 334, in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana, said P.K. nail being at the true point of beginning; thence North 01 degrees 22 minutes East, on and along the West line of said 10 acre tract of land and on and along the Northerly projection of said West line, a distance of 674.9 feet to a point, said point being situated 4.3 feet East of a rail iron post found; thence South 88 degrees 52 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 1311.12 feet to a P.K. nail on the West line of said Northwest Quarter; thence South 02 degrees 29 minutes 30 seconds West, on and along said West line, being within the right-of-way of County Road 900 East, a distance of649.45 feet to a railroad spike found at· the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes East, on and along the South line of said Northwest Quarter, being within the right-of-way of County Road 150 South, a distance of 1323.0 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 20.000 acres of land, more or less, subject to legal right-of-way for County Road 900 East and County Road 150 South, subject to all legal drain easements and all other easement of record.

    This summons by publication is specifically directed to all the Defendants above-named. In addition to the above-named Defendants being served by this summons, there may be other persons who have an interest in this lawsuit.  If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.  You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney on or before March 7, 2022, (the same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit is published), and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
