Any personas having claims against said Corporation must file the claims within 2 years after the publication of this Notice. Any claim should be addressed to: Mike Reiff Construction, Inc., c/o Mike Reiff, 5961 East 300 North, Warsaw, IN 46582. Any claim against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced with 2 years after the publication of this Notice.
