Notice is hereby given that the Pierceton Town Council, Pierceton, IN will hold a closed executive session pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D) to discuss a real property transaction and pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9) to discuss a job performance evaluation of individual employees. The session is scheduled for Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Pierceton Community Building, 105 Walnut Street, Pierceton, IN.
