NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

    Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Hunter Carlile requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit use of 302 6th St as  a duplex rental on his property which is located at  302 6th St., more particularly described as follows:

    006 070 126

    The hearing will be held at  Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 28th day of March, 2022 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
