Hollingsworth, Gina M. Hollingsworth aka Gina M. Smith, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of April, 2022, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lots Numbered 17 and 18 in the Replat of Lots 17-18-19-20 and 24 of Miller`s Addition to North Webster as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 62 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Also, the South 1/2 of the alley adjacent on the South of Lot Numbered Nineteen (19) and adjacent on the North of Lot Numbered Eighteen (18) in the Replat of Lots 17, 18, 19, 20 and 24 of Miller`s Addition to the Town of North Webster, Kosciusko County, Indiana, as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 108, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, as stated in Ordinance No. 2003-6 and recorded as Document No. 2003-04-1744, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
