    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2110-MF-000036, wherein First federal Savings Bank was Plaintiff: and Russell G. and  Sandra Sue Adams, All Heirs Known  and  Unknown of Russell G. & Sandra Sue Adams, and  Asset Acceptance, LLC., et al., were the Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest  bidder, on the 26th day of April, 2022, at the hour of 10 am or as soon thereafter as possible, at www.zeusauction.com:

    Tract in the northeast Fractional Quarter of Section 11, Township 33 north,  Range 7 East, in Tippecanoe Township: Beginning 36 rod North of that point where the South line of the Flat Belly Reserve crosses the North and South open line of said Section and running thence North 8 rod: thence East 150.00 feet: thence South 8 rods; thence West 150.00  feet to the place of beginning.

    ALSO: Fifteen (15) feet off of the entire North side of the following described tract in the Northeast Fractional Quarter of Section 11, Township 33 North, Range 7 East in Tippecanoe Township; Beginning 32 rods North of that point where the South line of the Flat Belly Reserve crosses the North and South open line of said Section  and running thence north 4 rods; thence East 150.00 feet; thence South 8 rods; thence West 18.00 feet; thence North 4 rods to a point 8 rods East of the place of beginning; thence West 8 rods to the place of beginning.
