By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2110-MF-000036, wherein First federal Savings Bank was Plaintiff: and Russell G. and Sandra Sue Adams, All Heirs Known and Unknown of Russell G. & Sandra Sue Adams, and Asset Acceptance, LLC., et al., were the Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of April, 2022, at the hour of 10 am or as soon thereafter as possible, at www.zeusauction.com:
